VACUUM SODIUM CITRATE 3.2% PT BLOOD COLLECTION TUBE
This vacuum tube is generally used for testing the blood coagulation mechanism (PT, APTT, FIB, TT) and the ratio of anticoagulant to blood collection is 1:9. This kind of blood collection tube uses 0.109mol/L sodium citrate buffer system for anticoagulation, and the precise volume ratio of anticoagulant to blood is 1:9. It adopts double-layer tube, which can reduce the occurrence of activation of extrinsic coagulation mechanism and ensure the accuracy of the test results.
