INSTRCUTION FOR USE
1. Check the tube;
2. Insert the blood collection needle into the vein after the skin disinfection;
3. Insert the needle into the rubber stopper, and the blood will flow into the tube automatically;
4. Once the blood has reached the calibration capacity, remove the IV needle from the body, and then pull off the tube;
5. After collecting, gently reverse the tube 5 to 8 times (except no additive tube).
NOtes for use
1. The needle should vertically piercing in the middle of rubber stopper;
2. Single use only. Discard after use;
3. It is prohibited to use the tube which are contaminated or have impurities in it;
4. Operators should wear gloves or other protective equipment to avoid blood spatter or to prevent blood infection.

Yes, MOQ 12000pcs(10 cartons) for each size.
5. Is it ok to print our logo on label and packing carton?
Yes, we offer OEM/ODM service for our products. But OEM MOQ needs 200,000pcs.
