9NC coagulation 3.2 % sodium citrate (0.109 mol/l) tubes are filled with a buffered trisodium citrate solution. The choice of

concentration depends on the laboratory's procedure. The mixing ratio is 1 part citrate to 9 parts blood.

PT Tube is mainly used to collect blood for coagulation testing, with the advantage of high accurancy in matching between the

INSTRCUTION FOR USE

1. Check the tube;

2. Insert the blood collection needle into the vein after the skin disinfection;

3. Put the puncture needle into rubber stopper and the blood will automatically flow into the tube;

4. After the blood is collected to the calibration capacity, first pull out the IV needle on body, then pull off the tube.

5. Gently reverse the tube 5-8 times after collection(except no additive tube).

 

STORAGE

1. Vacuum blood collection tubes shall be kept at 0 ℃ - 25 ℃ in a cool, dry place;

2. The vacuum blood collection tubes must be vertical and must not be inverted.
