Heparin tubes are generally used for emergency biochemical tests and blood rheology tests.

This tube contains sodium heparin used for the collection of heparinized plasma or whole blood for special tests.

Heparin anticoagulants in the form of sodium or lithium salts are added into this type of blood collection tube.

The anticoagulant can quickly act on the blood sample through the advanced atomization spraying technology.

INSTRCUTION FOR USE

  1.  Examine the tube;
  2.  Insert the blood collection needle into the vein after skin disinfection;
  3.  Puncture needle into rubber stopper and then blood will automatically flow into the tube;
  4.  After the blood is drawed to the calibration capacity, first pull out the IV needle on body, then pull off the tube.
  5.  Gently reverse the tube 6-8 times after blood draw(except no additive tube).

 

NOTES

  1.  Mixing: immediately after blood collection, gently invert the sample 6-8 times
  2.  Minimum time before centrifugation: none
  3.  Maximum time before centrifugation: 2 hrs after collection
  4.  Centrifugation speed: at 1600-2000 g for 10 minutes at 20-25 °C
  5.  Sample preservation: for plasma separated from cells by gel, see following table

STORAGE CONDITION
